Speed equal and he can see through anything that's not Zinc. Meaning he'll see him jump and just fly up higher or shoot a laser at him. Nanami a sitting duck in the air. I'm not seeing any kind of aerial movement on his profile.
However, can anyone explain why Nanami has Kilometers of range with shockwaves? There's no justification on his profile and when I look up the CRT it was added on. There was no mention of increasing his range to Kilometers with shockwaves. I'm a bit confused on this. Could someone explain it?
His profile would label it as 8-A if that was the case, so he can't be that high.
IDK what JJK characters scales to, but I'll assume your 65 value is correct. Following the profile, he would be 96 Tons of TNT in Overtime. Black Flash increase is not quantified on the profile beyond the ^2.5 stuff, which is noted as being incorrect in the note section of his page. So all I'll say is that its vastly higher than 96 Tons of TNT.
Since SBA assumes the strongest version of a character, he'll be starting in Overtime. IDK if the base value of 65 is correct, but I know he doesn't go to 8-A in Overtime.
