Hitting someone so hard they fly throught multiple buildings

I wanted to learn how to do calculations, and for the first one I decided to calculate a feat that I discussed in another thread.

Basically, a monster attack another character, hitting them so hard that they fly away and partially destroys multiple buildings while flying throught them.

I think I was able to find the AP needed to cause the damages, but I couldn't find anything about how to calculate the force needed to send someone fly and cause the damages as a collateral damage.

Does anyone know how to calculate that?

The most straightforward way is to pixelscale a fragmented wall/building (assuming the holes created or buildings destroyed are similar), and then calculate the energy needed to fragment a wall or building (volume of fragmented section x fragmentation value) multiplied by the number of walls or buildings the character flew through.

You need context.
How hard did he hit? What did the buildings turn into (large pieces, small pieces, dust)? How many buildings?

After you get the right stuff you figure out the size of the buildings, take only 20% of their overall volume and finally, multiply the volume in cubic cm by whatever destruction value you get
