So Hikage's biggest advantages here I'd say are speed and posion manip

Well,looks like Hikage is more have advantage here.....Mileena only advanage is her teleportation and limited intangbility,but its mostly get countered (Intangbility is only limited to her Kunai,and Hikage can detect her),and there is barrier creation and poison manipulation that is useful here,and don't forget speed amp/buff.

So voting for Hikage here with my own reason's and win ratio 8.0/10.

@Vel Hikage doesnt have barrier creation. Shinobi barriers are just little pocket realities that don't really help in combat. Everything else checks out though.
