Higher Dimensional Existence Question (Not Yet Answered)

If there is a realm called Underscape, which exists at the lowest layer of existence, shaped like a pillar that rises through all layers of existence, how should we tier this realm?

• Would the tier take just one level? (Either the middle or the highest point it reaches)
• Or would we list all the realms it spans across?

Especially if there are characters that scale to this structure.
