War-arc SM Naruto should be High 6-C since he could destroy Hashirama's wood dragon.
That should make KCM Naruto at least High 6-c since he is canonically a lot superior.
Furthermore since the 3rd Raikage could no-sell his attacks despite being weak to them that would make him likely Low 6-B.
& Since Nagato & Itachi were both stated to be more powerful than the 3rd raikage that should make them likely Low 6-B as well.
