Is manipulating an infinite amount of possibilities/every possibility enough to get High 1-A+?

That said, characters who embody the framework of all possible worlds properly speaking may be rightly considered more powerful than those that can simply create arbitrarily big possible worlds while nevertheless existing in one.

It depends on what kind of possibilities we are talking about here.

If he/she has control over all logical possibilities and can manipulate them as he/she wishes, then it can be High 1-A+ Type 1, IMO. But simply stating all possibilities would be vague and insufficient.

I think it also depends on what manipulation means in this case. If it's something like actualizing them, then it would definitely be Type 1.

I don't think it is High 1-A+ unless it is stated or implied that they are logical possibilities. They can be nomological possibilities and that in itself does not make the feat higher than Tier 2.

Keep in mind logical possibilities aren't the only way to reach High 1-A+. For instance, Nemo does it by encompasses all possible character strings, with each one corresponding to a possibility that it embodies (with the only reason this isn't 0 being the pretty strict restrictions the Tier encompasses for those reaching it). Pretty sure I've also come up with something that qualifies as well for my own purposes

But "Infinite Possibilities" alone wouldn't be enough regardless of whether the cosmology is already 1-A or not, unless they explain the nature of those possibilities in enough detail.

In other words: Could it be High 1-A+ ? Definitely, Is it High 1-A+ based on what you've shown so far ? No.
