Carl Johnson easily one multiple cars at once which is 0.0115850368666348 Tons of TNT and can spam it multiple times (I don't think 7.5x multiplier are allowed but if it was then it would be At least 0.08688777649 Tons of TNT)

CJ can spam The RPG and since it is the strongest canon version he should have the max ammo.
