Help Equating Power Levels to VSB Scale

I want to try and equate the power levels from Dragon Ball to the scale of the wiki. But I need help on getting an accurate scale of where Goku would be (such as specific measurements for how powerful he is in base and as a Super Saiyan in the Frieza Saga.) Then we can do a specific calculation of what the multipliers equate to on the VSB Wiki scale.

So you want power levels or AP scaling?

This has already been discussed numerous times and its been determined that there is no possile way to linearly scale power levels to the AP chart

Power Levels are at best good for comparisons such as "Oh this guy's got a higher number therefore he's stronger." But it isn't at all good for linear multipliers.

Using Power Levels that way SSJ Goku is only 30 million times stronger than Farmer. Which would either make Goku ridiculously weak or Farmer ridiculously strong.

Last time we tried using power levels we got ridiculous results such as Small City Level+ SSJ4 Goku.
