... then again the calc is pulverization and this is probably just blowing a hole in a tank or at best making the whole thing explode

Okay, two things
One, Alucard should probably get a Level 1 key, or at least some form of noting on the profile (EX: 9-B normally, at least 9-B in level 1). Alucard is clearly shown to be quite a bit stronger. After all, he absolutely curbed Luke into the pavement after activating it (though he was messing around with him in the first place because he knew Luke was gonna be Dog Chow by the end of the day), and, he was able to close the gap between him and The Monster of God after initally being floored in base, being able to do battle on even ground and eventually rip out it's heart.
Two, after seeing the latest episode of the Abridged (which was real good), I saw the Captain kinda kicked the explosive back at Seras for her to tank. While I'd have to check if this actually happens in the unedited work, if it's legit, could mean we get to keep 9-A.
Also, on top of that, for Seras' base, we can use this so I don't have to get off me butt to do handle it

Updated the OP to include Alucard with his Level 1 stuff
.... Now that I think about it, Monster of God should be noted to be stronger and faster then Base, and Walter should be noted to have ripped up Level 1.

Actually, after looking at the calc
Why is everyone listed as Hypersonic+ with High Hypersonic reactions?
Why not just High Hypersonic, point to speed assuming combat speed, and call it a day?
