Naruto scaled from Nagato (Pain) , who had a casual Mountain level+, not Sasuke Uchiha (Teenager)

Sasuke logically would scale to Naruto anyway since his chidori was able to match Naruto's rasengan while tired and low on chakra. Thats more than enough proof

• Itachi Uchiha needs another key for his prime. More evidence for At Least 7-A, Itachi Uchiha was able to damage prime endo Nagato (Pain) who rated at At Least 7-A normally. Kabuto Yakushi would be scaled up to At Least 7-A.
• Danzō Shimura's key would be the same since Sasuke Uchiha (Teenager) fought him while weakened from his five kage fight and the only reason he lasted was the Izanigi.
