Heat hax question

How much hotter does one's temperature have to be compared to one's resistance for heat hax to work

For example, if character A can withstand temperatures up to 2000 °C and character B is subjected to a fire attack that reaches 4000 °C, would the heat hax still be effective? If not, then how much greater would their temperatures have to be for it to work?
 
4000 vs 2000 definitely obliterates, but iirc we don't really have defined standards about it, we mostly go by intuitive, but probably starting from somewhere around 1.1-1.2

So basically, as a general idea, heat hax that's 1.1x - 1.2x greater than a character's resistances would severely burn them (2nd or 3rd degree burns)? or is it just minor (first degree burns)

I meant really severe burns maybe even fatal, like when it's 5000 vs 6000, 20% difference can do a lot, although that honestly depends on the interpretation. 1.5 is the safest you can take, but as I already said, there is no clear standard

Heat isn't exactly "Hax" per say. But there are case by case for resistances. There is a difference between specific temperatures being high and simply having high specific heat capacity to where it takes longer to heat up.

Ok but I was asking how much higher it would take for someone with higher levels of heat to burn or even vaporize the level of someone with a lower resistance to heat

Maybe the same as humans? 44 Degree is enough to vaporize a human, and below 11 becomes troublesome for a human
