Have people tried to get Difficulty Tiers from Charts?

Now, I know we that when we give our thoughts on who would win we see how we say things like "High Diff" or "Low Diff", etc..

But I was thinking, I am trying something with using graphs or charts using "Apple Numbers" or "Microsoft Excel".

A way to give some sort of analytical means of utilizing something akin to ChaatGPT to give best difficulty results for characters based on statistics at least followed by abilities, heard from youtube videos that data analytics are rather intriguing there.

This is mostly for characters through their entire run time like different phases or abilities like forms, power-ups, training points, etc..
