Hmm, Kamui can teleport to the parallel universe of choice, as shown by Obito. If Kamisato banishes Kakashi, Kakashi would simply use Kamui to come back, then blow up the country. GG.

@LordAizenSama: Well, I do not deny that the conditions favour Kamisato, on the other hand speed equal is necessary and the rest just make it so that kamisato can use his ability properly. I would have though that it is a stomp in kakashis favour otherwise, given the fact that he has many other techniques accept his Kamui.
@UncleSpaceman: Kamisatos World Rejecter is quite resistant when it comes to coming back from BFR. For one thing it technically displaces you in time and not in space (so timetravel is probably what one would need not space travel) and his ability creates the perfect world for everyone he banished, so that that they do not even wish to come back.

I persnonally think the win goes to Kakashi but i could be wrong.

With all of the kicks life has given to Kakashi I think he would definitely want to stay in his ideal world, which would likely have his teammates and sensei still alive. All the doubts he goes through the story prove he's not a single unwavering goal kind of guy, so WR would probably affect him and his attacks. It all depends on Kakashi dodging the first WR attack, as there's a slight time lag between uses. If he does he wins easily by just blowing up Kakeru before he can just WR the attack away.
Then again without previous knowledge, speed equalized and the small distance between them I think Kakeru has more chances to win this, as Kakashi would not realize Kakeru's right hand shadow is important without seeing it at least a few times first.
