Harry wears his clock then teleport then Petrifcus Totalus/Impedimenta/Expeliarmus rinse repeat if Haku survives. If Haku attacks Protego/tp away. Anyways Haku has no way to damage Harry if he casts Protego as magic power of wizards is not restricted (wizard can cast spells all day all night if he wants to). Harry don't need sword as hax he has if more than enough- 1 spell makes this fight over. And what's most important Harry will survive even if he dies thanks to having additional life granted by being of horcrux , and then he could strike back.

How Haku can hit Harry if speed is equalized if harry has teleportation?
Haku has TP as well but it requires set up and he is not able to bypass any shield Harry summons and while Harry won't run out of magic Haku eventually will run out of chakra.
Well if speed is unequalized Haku one shots before Harry sets a barier
