Hanna Barbera Godzilla vs 2014 Godzilla

I think you mean G14 is scaled up to HB Godzilla's height. HB Godzilla is 122 m tall according to a Japanese guidebook while G14 is 108 m tall according to Wikizilla. HB Godzilla's weight is unknown as far as I know.
I've never watched the Hanna Barbera Godzilla cartoon, but I recently calculated HB Godzilla's lifting strength to be between 1 million and 4.3 million metric tons based on the iceberg lifting feat and I can't tell whether or not it was deemed valid. I think HB Godzilla has a significant strength advantage.
