You can see Han several times in the canon running from blaster shots and so on. but in that specific case, he ran from a blaster cannon shots as you will see below

SPOILER ALERT ---------------------- ---------
Dryden Vos in Star Wars deviated and even ran from Han's shots. in a scene, Han goes to where Dryden is hidden and he disappears at a great speed and reappears attacking Han.
In this Struggle, he manages to deflect all of Vos's attacks and even dodges without seeing a Dryden Blade cast.

---------------------------
In Star Wars The Force Awakens, Han turns off the speed of light before it hits something huge. as it was manually disabled, this proves its great reflection with the ship being at the speed of light, or ... it can be a GREAT Outlier.

In the ESB Roadmap, Han takes out his blaster and shoots faster than a blink of an eye.

"Faster than the wink of an eye, Han draws his blaster and pops off a
couple of shots directly at Vader. The Dark Lord quickly raises his
hand, deflecting the bolts into one of the side walls, where they
explodes harmlessly. Just as quickly, Han's weapon zips into Vader's
hand The evil presence calmly places the gun on the table in front of

People running away from and seemingly dodging small arms fire is a common trope in fiction. This trope is known as "Stomtrooper school of marksmanship" or "Imperial Stormtrooper Marksmanship Academy". I kid you not, those are the actual names of the trope. It is ludicrously common in Star Wars. Literally everyone and their mother can seemingly avoid being hit by blaster fire if they run away from their attackers. They also always seem to be able to dodge blaster fire by ducking behind cover at the right instant. This is true even for the bad guys. In actuality, it's just a case of the enemy suddenly becoming incompetent marksmen.

I am wary of granting non Force users superhuman reactions based on blaster bolts not hitting them at all. Exceptions have been made only for those who have proven themselves capable of actually reacting to blaster bolts (without the trope I talked about coming into play) and also keeping up with Force adepts in combat. A good example of this is the Kage Warrior Krismo Sodi.

As for that thing about deactivating light-speed on Starkiller Base: It has been discusssed before. It is generally accepted as PIS.

I would, however, like to note that Legends Han Solo does have superhuman reaction feats. I think there was a thread discussing this, but it seems to have died out.

Blaster
I hope it's legible but continuing ...

Well, I think this page should be changed. he ran from a cannon blaster and apparently dodged as well. Taking into account the very speed of the shots of the Vs Battle Wiki, it was for Han's speed to be changed in the profile, but ok ... apparently he is a character who seems like nobody cares (at least around here)

Soldier Blue said:
As I said, Canon Han is fine as he is. But Legends Han does need a revision.
I think Shadow Senpai once made a thread about a separate key for him.
Does not his struggle with Dryden count as a feat of speed / agility over a human being?

Recall also that when Beckett left and made Dryden an idiot, Han arrived in the first place that Beckett and Chewie
