Well good match! Rather close actually. Both have Fate or Plot Manipulation which seems to be the hardest part. Going by general abilities it seems like HABIT has no way to defeat Death via immortality 8. Habit doesn't have existence erasure.

Both are Non-Corporeal though I think Death could possibly kill habit with Soul Manipulation, Death Manipulation, and One Hit Kill.

So voting for Death right now. That may change though. It is close.
