I think vegeta would win his Regenerationn and adaption would be too powerful as SS4.

Uhhh no. Ki blasts are able to destroy beings on the cellular level. Being able to grow back an arm in seconds won't let Guardian Vegeta survive a good blast from Rook. Rook also has an AP advantage due to scaling with a long chain of DBXV characters. Coupled with Power Nullification, Attacking the soul with Soul Punisher. Or Rook just Hakais and Vegeta dies on the spot. Rook has this down flat.

Oh and a few criticisms for G. Vegeta, having a serum in your blood that acts as nuclear reactors doesn't give him Limitless stamina. Nuclear Reactors such as Fusion Reactors or Fission Reactors will eventually sway and die off. At most, he gets "Godlike" stamina.

Ark you seem to have some misunderstandings from my page. I said it's powered by his ki and heals him there for purdusing more ki in a loop. I only campared it to a nuclear reactor.

This probably shouldn't happen yet. I had only finished revising the P&A section and thought it would be ok. But if ark misunderstood it so much I should finishe revisions before any vs battles take place.
