There seems to be skepticism about the calculation; that math is good on paper, but in execution it may not be as impressive as what it calculated. And runs into a lot of the same issues as many door breaking related feats in the first place.

Why is it not as impressive in practice as he calculated?

Normally, feats like this are at best breaking the door off the hinges and merely just flipping the weight of the door over; which Class M seems outrageously exaggerated for what appears to be a basic ripping off a door feat.
