i almost forgot vince is a police officer. I decided to bump up his stamina accordingly first before we continue.

Alright, so Vincent has his optional equipment, but his main objective seems to be incapping mrbeast to arrest him, which will be difficult, considering he can take 10-A attacks from chris pretty easily, and was only really significantly damaged once he shot him. On the other hand, mrbeast is a lot more willing to go for the kill, considering everything that he does.

Mrbeast is also much more used to hand-to-hand combat, since he presumably restrains people all the time and hunted down thousands of people with only a drill, whilst vincent isn't. So it's safe to say that once vincent's weapons are out of the equation, he's screwed.

I find it likely that since mrbeast is far more willing to use lethal force here, he'll kill vincent before he can incap him. His superior experience and skill will also shine here since he will be in close proximity.
