Didn't Black also use anger to power up after he got beat down by Vegeta?

Okay, then not current Kaioken Goku.

@Dark649 Goku damaging Fusion Zamasu is PIS as Black Rose was more powerful then SSB Goku at the time and we know the fusion multiplier is much higher then just 10 times
As for the battle
Round 1 Black wins, his base form is on SSB level after he copied Gokus's style and his Rose form is much more powerful then that (not even including his rage boost he got after vegeta beat him), he has limited reactive evolution allowing him to become stronger the more he gets damaged and Goku gets weaker over time because of Kioken
Round 2 is just like the first, Black's base form is on SSB level, even if we said SSRose was only the same multiplier normal SS that would still be higher then Goku's x10 Kioken boost because normal SS is a higher multiplier the x20 kioken, Goku may be stronger in this round but he will not be able to maintain this power for long and black will get stronger as the fight goes on
Also some would ask how do I know base black is on SSB level? simple he laughed of SSB vegeta's attacks in his base form and he sent him flying with a kick.
