So according to guides Goku used Kaioken x100 in the Lord Slug movie, now the question is does that mean that Xeno Goku or Toeiverse should logically have up to x100 as well?

No, he does in fact use the Kaioken x100. (Doesn't mean anything though)

I even remember we use to scale Slug to x100 for some reason. I was able to downgrade him since X100 Goku completely stomped him, there was no reason to scale him to it.

Well in filler Goku was able to stack Kaioken ontop of Super Saiyan too, so its quite ridiculous how powerful he can become if he wants to
