goku might have the edge here with the nimbus cloud, Oozaru form, and experience fighting flying enemies.

Spearow through flight since Goku needs his tail to fly and if Spearow gets to hold him the tail he would win without much difficulty.

Unless Fearow is suddenly a martial arts master, the bird isn't getting near Goku's Tail with how he fights. Nimbus is basically Goku's insurance as it's self-controlled and will save Goku even if Goku himself didn't call for nimbus. Flying enemies is also nothing new, Goku took down dinosaurs before just fine.
