DS has the hax on his hands. Even if Goku has the better DC he would still still lose with DS facing someone on a same level with the same hax and put up a good fight as well.

And goku have no way to kill him as well. So DS would take a win here.

Dispel bound will cause issues. And despite having greater DC, Goku can't technically kill Dark Schneider due to Eternal Atoms, plus Dark Schneider has a much greater speed advantage and a bunch of other hax spells.

Dark Schneider's strongest form actually has much lower speed for some reason.

Going to have to go with DS here. Guy has hax like Eternal Atoms, Dispel Bound, Juda's Pain(?), Dragon Mech, all bunch of other stuff DS has at his disposel.

Basically i can't see Goku killing even if he could or can kill him.
