Personally goku black takes this cause of higher speed and amount of abilties especially duplication

I have a few questions :

• what can Goku Black do with his matter manip ? How good is it ?

• are his clones dependent to him or nah ?

He doesn't get matter manipulation or clones until he becomes rosa(starts getting beat up by goku and then vegeta). The op stated goku black when he was fighting trunks and doesn't have rosa

Oh. His powers and abilities were not separated so I assumed he had all the abilities listed there. Can he still get stronger when damaged ? And is he really faster than Silver ?

After checking black and silver are the same in speed range. Goku black didn't get clones or rosa until he got beat up by goku and learned to master his powers. Then he fought vegeta and transformed into rosa then goku and vegeta retreated. Then when they came back goku black could all of a sudden do the clones and scythe.

But can he still become stronger when damaged ? If yes it's a little tougher

It wouldn't really change anything. The fact that the opponent can kill you with an ability out of all its arsenal doesn't outweigh "I kill you by poking you too hard"
