Not sure tbh Vegeta actually got hax compared to Goku . I think Dbz speed should be revised piccolos Ki blast being sub relativistic by saiyan saga.

I feel like Goku using Kaioken is practically his only saving grace here. But seeing that he was only able to x4, and Goku is like what, Relativistic(+) back then?
