I think Gohan gets blitzed both rounds, well, both Gohan are listed as having MFTL reaction speed, so SSJ2 and Mystic Gohan have a chance, especially Mystic Gohan, if he catches Billy, he could one shot seeing as how Billy is High 4-C while Mystic Gohan is 4-A
