Gilgamesh (FGO) Tier 0 upgrade

I believe Gilgamesh from FGO should be at least tier 0.

Here, when Gil uses Ea, he deals so much damage that it causes my phone to crash and overheat, even if i don't have him and use him as friend support.
This is the first time a character can affect the real world, when other characters only have claimed to do.
By that logic, gil should be tier 0.
