Gii/Guy Crimson handily. Chloe who had lived her life under the guidance of Hinata, regain all the memories and experiences of her past loops where she failed to prevent apocalypse, said experiences include fighting Gii/Guy countless times over countless time loops (which is then culminated into her Ultimate Skill in the first place) and Chloe at that point still cannot best Gii/Guy when she's supposed to have advantage over him, having fought him countless times already.
Granted, both weren't fighting to kill each other but both still go at it relatively seriously and even then Gii/Guy still manage to kill Chloe several times with the only thing that saved her was her Space-Time King Yog-Sothoth time rewinding skill

Why though? Both weren't serious in their fight but gii still had the advantage, the thing with gii is he has ridiculous copying ability, use your ability once he copies it, this is why chloe stock to her sword skills against him.
Chloe's other personality/manas powered her up but i think gii still wins though, cause chloe won't be able to use any of her hax, while gii can use his, and if she does, gii copies it, plus gii is comparable to eos rimuru who can create universes.
Assuming this isn't eos gii, then the only way chloe wins is if she is stronger, cause all her hax would be copied, and i don't think chloe is above gii in speed and power.

@D-Ruler Yup eos rimuru can create universe, his turn nulll energy is actually the energy that was used the create the universe, the creator of the universe veldanava could only do it once after which he sort of lost his power, rimuru however can recreate the universe 10,000 times.

lol i meant, the Gii when he was still a 4C tier, Eos Chloe with her Space Time God Yog Sothoth has the ability to kill off that version of Gii, as he has not shown any feats of being acasual.
Eos Gii on the other hand stomps due to "watching" Rimuru hopping across spacetime, thus making any kind of ability Chloe has , become useless infront of him

Gii still has bs copying ability, and already had Abyss God Nodens in the fight with Yuuki, just wasn't able to use it cause Rimuru showed up and absorbed Yuuki.
So really even in terms of skills they would be equal so see no reason why Gii wouldn't just copy Chloe's skill if they fought.

well Gii mentioned that he only created his new Ultimate Skill in between his fight with Yuuki, so i dont see any reason how Gii would counter Chloe's attack that exceeds space time before he got to create Abyss God Nodens.
I mean yea, Gii's copying ability is very powerfull, but it wont be useful if he dies before he can even have the time to see it right? With this much hax, Gii still lost to Veldanava in the past. So Gii can be killed if Chloe strikes her with her new Ultimate skill before Gii can react.
Besides, iirc Chloe only got her Ultimate skill upgraded to "god" version in the current timeline. So in the past countless worlds, she never used this ability as she didnt have it in first place.
