Ghost Rider vs Dante (Reboot)

Devil trigger can be limited if it makes things unfair but other then that it can be used. Dante starts at base though.

I'm rooting for Ghost Rider, the Penance Stare will be a one hit ko if it hits Dante and Ghost Rider has more experience dealing with stuff like Dante

That's a big If there. And based on the sins of people? Dante hasn't killed much and overall he did save the entire city and possibly the world from Mundus. So that makes me wonder what level the Penance Stare is going to affect him. Time slow is going to be a pain too. And I don't see a speed equalized but even then tele spam is going to leave Ghost Rider very vulnerable to being comboed from multiple sides since Dante can deal with people who can deal with teleporters or dealt with said teleporters.

And the experience gap isn't that big.

Illusions are going to be a pain though.
