Getting logged out of my account

Ya so I’ve been getting constantly logged out of my account for most of this week and I’ve had to reset my password every time to get back in, so if anyone could help fix this it would be greatly appreciated

Here is what our system manager replied:

"Regarding the logout issue, I think he is logged into a public area or could use a multi-account. You need to check his activity first."

For the record, you do not seem to use multiple accounts.

Ok then I’m confused on the public area one, dose he mean I’m using public wi fi or?

If so, then that doesn’t make much sense. I’ve been using the same home WiFi for quite sometime and haven’t experienced any problems until last week
