Idk. Regardless, Genos attacks in big aoe blasts. He can simply blast KingPi til there's nothing to regen from.

Ok, is this Young or Old Piccolo? (and yes, he can regen, it's a namekian trait) if it's Old Piccolo, Genos wins if he manages to kill Piccolo before he regens, if it's Young Piccolo, then Piccolo wins.

Ok, Genos has more AP, but he has to obliterate Piccolo fast enough so that Piccolo can't regenerate (or blow up his head)... his page says he can be slower or as fast as Piccolo, but Piccolo is smart enough to dodge Genos' huge AoE attacks, and multiple shots from Piccolo could damage Genos enough for a KO. It's a very close match, and it could go either way really.

We might have to bloodlust Genos just so he don't "drop his guard"
