Doubt Kaze can withstand too many hits from Genjis ult, which is immensely stronger than base Genji.

He also seems to have more swift mobility honestly.

Based on gameplay Genji can still get poisoned by Widow's mine, right? If so, since the two are fairly even in all regards anyway, I think that the poison will help chip away at Genji while Kaze's teleportation helps him avoid being hit, whereas Genji doesn't have such movement options. Plus, even though Genji can reflect projectiles, Kaze can still teleport and most likely avoid the reflected projectiles. I say Kaze wins with high difficulty.
