General question about big CRTs

I'm curious, do you tend to read every single scan and new ability/ stats justification and feats for large CRTs, especially if they include sandboxes with big reworks? I ask this because its pretty common to have big CRTs where people just comment "agree FRA" with either no one or at most 1 person disagreeing with anything at all, which is kinda weird.

Of course I read them, it's the least you can do after someone put great effort in the CRT, especially if you agree with it.
