This is Frieza from Namek and the fight takes place on Namek

This is a handicap so all members are allowed to attack Frieza

Frieza is in restricted form but if neccessary can transform

The fact is Frieza is faster than them and he would oneshot them without doing their abilities.

He would destroy them no diff in his first form, look what Goku did when he arrived. A wave of his hand would kill them, Time Freeze won't help because only Guildo can move but can't harm Frieza and body change won't hit.

If speed is equalized, Guldo could just hold Frieza in place and Ginyu could body swap

Speed Unequal, Frieza kills them all
