Logically yes. Harming Wright would be 9-B.
However, when it comes to being hit by other characters, Wright can be... inconsistent. He got knocked out by being slapped by Pearl, by being punched by Redd White as well as being punched by Jean Armstrong of all people.
She should be 'At least 10-A, likely 9-B' imo
