LS Upgrades
Cyclops' Optic Blast is stated to be a beam of pure force powerful enough to knock a tank end over. Weapon XI's Optic Blast is accepted as being comparable to Cyclops' as he obtained it through his DNA. Wolverine was able to withstand the force of Weapon XI's Optic Blast, so his LS should be upgraded to Class 100 since most MBTs weigh between 50 to 70 tons
Adamantium Users
Further justification to his immortality and regeneration: his healing factor is as effective as Lady Deathstrike's, which allowed her to remain alive even after being injected with molten Adamantium through her circulatory system and entire body, which burned her insides and skin, and not being able to breathe. Plus new abilities:
She has Biological Manipulation based on this: "When the Phoenix is taking over Jean, her skin darkens, some veining appears on her face and her eyes go black", which should be replaced with Body Control since it's something she does to her own body. Plus new abilities for her Base key:
This VFX article states that the Phoenix Force magnified Jean's powers many times and they’re so much bigger than anything she has ever dealt with before, so the PF multiplied Jean's power. According to Google and dictionaries (1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6), several is more than two but fewer than many, so I think a ×4 multiplier for the PF amp should be fine, if so her AP and LS with TK would be (the values come from this calc):
AP:
It's stated that he could manipulate the magnetic field of the Earth itself, which according to this article has an energy of 10²⁶ ergs, which is equivalent to 1²⁰ Joules or 23.9 Gigatons of TNT (6-C), so his Magnetism Manipulation should be upgraded to that tier and his range to Planetary. Plus new abilities:
His profile only has stats and justifications for his Post-Retcon self, so he should have a new key for his Pre-Retcon self, whose stats would upscale from Wolverine, plus it's implied that he is stronger than Sabretooth and Colossus
His Post-Retcon self should upscale to baseline 8-B, as he proved to be stronger than Colossus, who could only hurt him by fighting dirty. Colossus scales to 9.63 tons, which is just a 1.142263759× away from baseline 8-B at 11 tons. And Juggernaut's LS should also be upgraded to Class 25 since he can lift and swing a bus
X-23
She should downscale from X-24 since she held her own against him, being able to throw him, kick him, briefly pin him on the ground, and withstand a few blows from him

- Resistance to Ice Manipulation (Has endured far worse than freezing temperatures past zero and hypothermia, as often as he froze during the night, his healing factor kicked into gear and brought him back to life. Is used to mountain rivers and lakes where the water was usually a degree or two shy of turning to ice)
- Resistance to Paralysis Inducement (Professor X's seizures were making his muscles not want to move, but he was forcing them to do so)

- Instinctive Action and Regeneration (Low: while she was stunned, her subconscious placed the pieces of her broken leg precisely where they were supposed to be)
- Power Mimicry (Tapped into a part of Wolverine's psyche that allowed her to mimic his healing factor on her own terms)
- Astral Projection (Can cast forth a piece of her awareness or psychic image of herself, being able to multitask at the speed of thought, accomplishing a number of objectives in no time at all, so that for her the onrushing wave appeared to be frozen in place), her speed should also be far higher with Astral Projection
- Resistance to Mind Manipulation and Telepathy (Professor X couldn't gain access to her mind, the power she was manifesting created a scrambling field around her thoughts unlike anything he'd ever encountered, which he found himself unable to penetrate)
