doubt it supes has adapted to his speed in the New 52 volume 1 he adapted to Flashs speed in like three pages and flash is in character right? he wouldn't to that off the bat giving supes plenty of oppertunitys too take him down

That was Barry before he even unlocked all his abilities of the Speed Force, plus Barry thought he was going fast enough because Barry had never seen anybody remotely close to his own speed. Barry has precognition and can drag people into the speed force where all his stats are increased.
