First of all, her first key should just be renamed to "Human Form", since by the time that Byleth and Sothis fused, she had already regained her memories, and found her power again.
Abilities:
I don't really see any reason she should have Type 1 Immortality, all other Nabateans only have Longevity, I don't see how Sothis is any different. And it has never been stated that she can't die from natural causes. Besides, Byleth, who has her power, only has Longevity.
She should also have Incorporeality, as she only exists as a spirit within Byleth's mind. And heroes confirms that she no longer has a physical form.
She should also have Transformation, as she can seemingly switch between her Human form and Dragon Form, as seen in her Heroes Quotes. We know from Rhea that she was originally in her Dragon Form before she changed to her human form.
Also, these following abilities need to be removed, since I'm quite sure these are just spells that Byleth has. Sothis isn't the source of ALL of Byleth's power, so as such, there isn't really any reason she should have them:
Weapon Mastery, Martial Arts (Has proficiency in brawling weapons), Fire Manipulation, Electricity Manipulation, Holy Manipulation, Light Manipulation, Magma Manipulation, Healing, Life Manipulation (Via Nosferatu)

There is one major flaw with this though. Its the fact that this literally is never said anywhere. Her reasoning for her AP should just be that she is the source of Enlightened One Byleth's power.
By extention, this part of her weakness needs to be removed:

Remove Incorporeality, there is no justification for it. She only became Incorporeal in her weakened form after she was killed. And the Heroes quote shows that she did originally have a physical form but she lost it after she was killed.
Her Creation should stay, but be changed to Life Creation . Sothis being the creator of the world likely isn't the case. Her being the creator of the world came from the false history made from the Church. Also, when Rhea was revealing the truth, she never mentioned anything about Sothis being the creator of the world, only the creator of the Nabateans. So she should have Creation via giving her blood to create the Nabateans.
She should have Immortality Type 4, Resurrection as all Beasts/Monsters have to be killed numerous times.
In addition, she should have Natural Weaponry (self explanatory) and Flight (Since she had to fly from space to the planet). By extention of traveling through space, she also should have Resistance to Cosmic Radiation and Extreme Cold.

Her AP, SS, and Durability should just be the same ratings as before, but just have a reasoning of (Stronger than before), since, well dragon forms are stronger than human forms.
Her speed should be "FTL, possibly Massively FTL+ flight speed". This is because Sothis likely came from the Blue Sea Star, which according to Edelgard/Astronomical research, is millions of light years away. However, this shouldn't be a solid rating, as the validity of her coming from the Blue Sea Star is somewhat questionable. All we know is that it lines up with Sothis coming from outer space.
