All I know is that Invictus is the strongest person in the setting and his prison was powered by multiple galaxies so he should be 3-C.

His projection also effortlessly overpowered Mooncake.

basically the arichnetics were created by unimaginable light and then the arichnetics created the titans to help them layer + create dimension and universe
