Brain Drain decided to create a robot that had data on some of the more troublesome figures in the city, one of which being Filia, in the hopes that no one else would interfere with his plans. However ever after downloading the data to the robot it went haywire.

The robot prototype ended up escaping Brain Drain’s base and began wrecking havoc. Soon Filia crosses paths with the machine and is force to fight back.
