Haha, nope. Speed equalized, Esdeath's ability to stop time is useless. She is gonna watch "Miracle Levia-tan" until she dies. Their stats seem to be on the same level, but I will always give my vote to a crazy demon chick whose power is to destroy shit around her with no problem.
I would, however, love to see "Asia vs Esdeath". Watching Asia stomp her would probably be very entertaining.

Two different time stops indeed. We have Esdeath's Makahadoma which she can use once per day. Really nice. And we have Gasper's Forbbiden Balor View, which he can use whenever he wants, with adjustable range and duration. Seems to me he is better at stopping time.
Asia's balance breaker negates any damage, Esdeath wouldn't be able to harm her. Asia has many familiars, most notably Dragon King Fafnir. Fafnir casually stomped Rizevim, who is vastly superior to Serafall. Anything else you wish to add?

They are quite opposite. Esdeath is a type who charges in and starts killing. Asia acts as a support in DxD, healing others etc. But, and this is a big but, Asia possesses some kind of feats we can use. To my knowledge Serafall never fought on screen, could be wrong about this. Yeah, we can powerscale, use statements, but we don't know for sure. Still, you choose Serafall, and we have statements that put her well above country level in terms of attack potency, statements that say she is extremely dangerous to the point that she would wipe out a city or two if anyone looks at her sister the wrong way.
Now, people on this wiki tend to take character pages literally. Those pages are more of an overall measure of power, they don't go into details, sometimes aren't up to date etc. Moreover, people see big, fancy explosions, characters whacking each other a lot, blah blah, and they immediately think "this is such a powerful character". That's why I choose Asia here, because she is always represented as a fragile little girl, but in reality she is quite powerful and could easily defeat a lot of high tier DxD characters.

Serafall doesn't even have any notable fights in the light novel, but we know that she can flash freeze and is stated to be able to do so casually to significant portions of the Underworld. She can also manipulate fire and water, but I don't remember her actually manipulating water.

She can only manipulate ice, as far as memory serves.

Hmm, I don't know. I don't think there's no particular board for that. Probably General Discussion (this is where I see stuff regarding profile creation the most) or Content Revision. Which character are you talking about? If the verse which the character belongs to already has a page, you could check it out and ask one of the active supporters on their wall.
