Batman blitzes him with vastly superior speed.
Even though Eric has superior AP and Durability, and the fact that everybody and their moms have been shown to exist in the South Park verse one way or another (Point being that it wouldn't be a surprise if Eric has any outside knowledge of Batman), it's all pointless if Eric simply cannot keep up.
