Enigma Downgrade

Enigma is currently listed as being Muli-Galaxy level with the World Chasm Artifact due to its ability to manipulate the fabric of space-time. Thing is, that's not a 3-B feat, that's not even an AP feat, that is hax, and he doesnt have an AP feat to support the Artifact being 3-B. He should just have SPace-Time Manipulation with the Artifact, not a different AP rating.

I agree with this too, it seems he doesn't have anything to support his 3-B rating apart from manipulating Fabric of Space and Time, which is a not reasonable rating to begin with for 3-B.
