Enhancing Noah's powernull (OnC)

Noah currently has limited power nullification.
I propose that to be upgraded to full power nullification.
The reason for that is that Noah has all Concept Cores of the multiverse, which are the sealed concepts of each universe and by that the source of them (during the time of Noah's existence at least).
Here's some quotes on what Concept Cores are:

“The ten other worlds and this world are perceived as individual gears and so we refer to them as such. 1st-Gear through 10th-Gear all had their own unique characteristics. And do you know what we called this power of ‘how things are’?” Without waiting for an answer, Ooshiro said, “Concepts. We called them concepts! They are a power that can control even the laws of physics. They are the ultimate reason behind everything. That is what concepts are!”

“If a Gear loses over 50% of its concepts, it will be destroyed. The Concept War took the form of stealing each other’s concepts.”

“So the concepts were extracted and stolen from each Gear… Is that what you are saying?”

“Yes. And the concepts of each Gear were taken to this world in the form of a Concept Core that has even greater density than a Concept Text. In other words, all the other Gears had their concepts stolen which destroyed them.”

“That’s only one of the reasons, but yes, the underdog won. However, that result means the other Gears’ concepts were brought into this Gear. They are stored in the form of Concept Cores which are masses of concepts on the level of an entire world. That goes well beyond a simple Concept Text.”

Anyways, as the holder of all concept cores, Noah is the source of the concepts used in the abilities of the entire verse. Actually, it's even the source of all abilities used in the sequels since adding Noah's concepts to the world is what created Ether...

<We did. We only have anecdotes to go off of, but at the beginning of the 2000s on earth, there were records of phenomena beyond our understanding and evidence that some other worlds fused with this one. We believe that established the concepts on earth known as ley lines and ether.>

Anyway, as Noah's profile already states she can add concepts to space or also remove the concepts she added from it (as every concept user in the verse).
So if she, for example, stopped spreading around the gravity control concept, then gravity manipulation powers would stop working at a conceptual level. That should qualify as some decent powernull.
