Did he not already have this ability listed? weird. I think Knuckles Enerjak also deconstructs a building or something, I'd have to look it up, but the Dimitri feat is A-OK.

Edit: Found it, [1] he deconstructs Kage and Dingo City ("vaporizes" as the encyclopedia puts it) consistency ftw.
