She's dealt with people with teleportation, has a speed buff, the enderman isn't strong enough to take her down quickly and in general it doesn't utilize its teleportation well.

Thats why Chelshia would win. It's really simple.

He fighting style isn't exactly well known but I do know that she's constantly very hard to hit in the middle of a fight. Ellena is one of the most skilled of the Sea Spiders, being the captain and all, so she should be able to handle the Enderman despite the AP advantage it holds. She has arguably better range and abilities to get the job done.
