Natsu is resistant to disease manip and transmutation, plus I doubt the disease would be able to hold up under temps far above 200,000,000 C. Natsu in this key is practically blood lusted and will go for full on vaporization with his fire here. Sonic also can't even get close to Natsu because of his Heat Aura.
