It's the supposed 'leaked' photo of Dream's real face. I personally don't buy it, we've seen his body before and he's much thinner.

On to the match though, Spider-Man scales to (maybe above?) 124 tons while Dream scales above 121 tons, so pretty even there.
Dream seems to have the hax advantage, being able to reduce Peter's AP and accuracy via Become the Hunter, as well as being able to inflict paralysis, poison, and blindness through 3 Babies Vs. 1 Villain.
Of course, Peter probably won't be too effected by blindness due to his senses and precog. His precog will definitely help to avoid Dream's attacks, but I'm unsure of how reliable it is, and if it's enough to gain an advantage.

I suggest you to change the image for Dream. Regardless if that is actually him or not, that is a real person that didn't gave his consent to have his photo spread across the internet and as such their privacy should be respected.
I know that the image is already online, but the least it is spread the better it is.
Anyways, for the match I vote Dream for the reasons given above.
