I think every universe is 3 space-time continuums. May be wrong on this.

Each, the kai's with their own realms, the grand Kai's realm, heaven, hell and the mortal realm
I think 8 in total

The Mortal Realm, Afterlife and Kaioshin Realm are the 3 separate space-time continuums contained in each of the universes

As what others have said in this thread the macrocosm contains 3 space-time continuums: Afterlife, Kaioushin Realm and Living Universe. Further more the other 12 universes should also have these 3 space-times as they're presented multiple times to be equal with each other (ei Universe 6 & 7 being parralel, Universe 10 having the exact same macrocosm structure as Universe 7, and all the universes being presented as equal) in total this should be 36 space-time continuums, and 54 space-times for the original 18 universes
